Job Summary
Administrative Assistant for Howden's Clinical Trials Insurance team responsible for preparing, proofing, and issuing standard documentation (quotes, binders, policies, COIs, schedules, endorsements, invoices); maintaining accurate site lists, protocol references, territories, and sponsor/CRO details; handling renewals, MTAs, and endorsements with timely turnaround; data entry and validation in policy systems/CRMs; managing inboxes and ticket queues; generating MI and reports; supporting client onboarding, KYC and compliance checks; coordinating requests with underwriters/brokers/clients; ensuring GDPR/data retention compliance; organizing meetings, minutes, and follow-ups; and supporting onboarding of new joiners with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and process discipline.
Required Qualifications
- A-Level (or equivalent) required; degree or relevant certification a plus
