Job Summary
Part-time on-site Administrative Assistant for a Santa Fe, NM association. Responsibilities include assisting and supporting division with general office duties; creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases; preparing reports, meeting materials, work orders, and other documents; assisting in account setups and onboarding; providing service and support to customers with inquiries and account information; utilizing computer systems to maintain accurate data and organized filing.
