Job Summary

Manage calendars, correspondence, and travel logistics for the Director of Critical Care Transport, acting as the primary liaison between Pafford Medical Services and University Health partners. Coordinate implementation activities, track deliverables, and support recruitment and onboarding for new critical care transport personnel. Maintain organized records, prepare reports, and serve as a gatekeeper for the Director's schedule while capturing meeting notes and action items. Follow strict compliance with Pafford policies, state, and federal regulations. Requires a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and ability to work after hours or on weekends.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Valid Driver's License with a clear driving record
  • Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Ability to act as a professional ambassador for Pafford Medical Services, interacting with clients, hospital partners, governmental agencies, and personnel

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree
  • Two (2) or more years of administrative, executive-support, or program-coordination experience
  • Healthcare or EMS setting experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to convey information in an empathetic and positive manner
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with scheduling and document-management tools
  • Highly organized
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
