Job Summary
Join the Tom James Company as a part-time Administrative Assistant supporting our sales team. Responsibilities include order entry, receiving and shipping garments, managing alterations, handling telephones, emails, and mail, as well as performing bank deposits and errands. Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is needed, along with the capability to lift up to 20 lbs.
