Job Summary
Administrative Assistant position in La Crosse, WI, in-person role supporting title industry operations. Responsibilities include researching real estate records, processing and proofreading title orders, preparing and issuing commitments and documents to clients, and assisting with administrative tasks such as scanning/imaging documents, processing daily bank deposits, filing/organizing records, and occasional post-closing duties and errands. Requires strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, excellent phone and customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Prior title or real estate knowledge is a plus; employer provides training and a benefits package including health/dental insurance, 401K, wellness discounts, and profit sharing.
