Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to the Chairman, NBCU Entertainment & Studios, providing administrative and personal support. Responsibilities include managing calendars and reservations, coordinating travel itineraries, generating meeting materials (credit/client list, bios, headlines), handling mail and office materials, coordinating meals and errands, assisting with IT support, managing executive and talent gifting, and interfacing with multiple NBCUniversal business units. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher, at least 2 years of administrative experience, proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, strong discretion with confidential information, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. On-site, full-time position with opportunities for company-sponsored benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2 years of demonstrated successful organizational skills in an Assistant role
- 2 years of experience with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
