Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support job costing, documentation, and reporting within Momentum Environmental. Responsible for operating internal systems to support quoting and costing in the accounting system, coordinating with field staff to ensure costs (equipment, materials, and time) are properly assigned, and providing accurate data for daily accounting and reporting. Will assist with timesheet input, verify time and job details against records, and maintain attention to detail to ensure internal controls and reporting accuracy. Reports to the Director of Operations and works closely with office management and the accounting team to ensure timely, accurate data entry and supporting documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Structured thinker with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to effectively interact with management and other departments
