Job Summary
Oversee conference room calendars, screen inbound calls, and manage appointment scheduling for the wealth management team. Scan, file, and organize incoming documents while administering outbound mailings and tracking client data updates. Maintain office supplies, coordinate client events, and ensure checklists are completed for meetings with prospects and professionals. Preserve client confidentiality and deliver high-standard customer service via phone, email, and mail. Work onsite five days a week in Boston, MA, supporting advisors and clients with general administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to work onsite 5 days a week
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly professional team player, able to work well with all levels of the firm, as well as with clients
- Must be organized, meticulous, dependable, adaptable, detailed and service-oriented and able to multitask
- Personable, warm, engaging; Client first attitude; Supports a team environment
- Strong sense of professionalism and discretion
