Job Summary
Greet guests professionally, maintain open communications with property and regional staff, and work closely with management to represent company quality. Process accounts payable and receivables, including rent and payment collections, while issuing notices and legals per AR policy. Assist in procurement card reconciliations, organize files and office supplies, and research company-sponsored activities. Handle telephone inquiries to back up property staff, run errands, deliver communications, perform lease signings, and manage rental turnovers. Perform inspections and complete other miscellaneous duties as assigned. This role requires a high school diploma, one year of office experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and automated accounting systems. Flexible scheduling including weekends is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or the equivalent experience
- 1+ year of office experience
- Strong communications and organizational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel and/or automated accounting systems
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
