Job Summary
Administrative Assistant in Guadalajara, Mexico, supporting the Deputy Director and Director of Call Center Operations. Provides executive communications, calendar and travel planning, meeting minutes, agendas, and reporting; handles confidential information; coordinates vendor-related and invoicing tasks; proficient in MS Office and Spanish-English bilingual communication; fosters cross-team collaboration and aids with special projects while maintaining organized schedules and internal systems knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual – English & Spanish
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or 3 years experience in similar role
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Proper phone etiquette
- Problem Solving Skills
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills
- Able to Build Relationships
- Knowledge of Six Sigma a plus
- Knowledge of HR a plus
