Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the office by answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings and taking accurate minutes, and composing emails, memos, and letters. Contribute to company reports, maintain an organized filing system, and develop/update office procedures. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Requires a high school diploma or GED; associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred. Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role and proficiency with printers/fax machines and Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required. Strong time management and prioritization abilities are essential.
