Job Summary
Administrative Assistant based in the Mumbai South Asia Office provides clerical and administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel planning and scheduling across time zones, meeting coordination, offsite event planning, travel logistics, expense reporting, and preparation of internal communications and presentations. The role requires proactive organization, confidentiality, strong communication, multitasking, and collaboration across functions to support senior leaders and ensure seamless departmental operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in large-scale corporations and handling multiple Senior Leaders
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel – Pivot Tables, PowerPoint & Presentation Decks, MS Teams, SharePoint and other technologies and platforms that will drive productivity.
