Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support the Cost Reporting and Compliance division; responsibilities include gathering documents for cost reports, organizing files, tracking reporting requirements, maintaining internal logs and status updates, and assisting the Director of Cost Reporting with admin duties. Ideal candidate has administrative experience (healthcare or regulated industry preferred), is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple deadlines, proficient with spreadsheets and cloud-based records, and communicates well in a collaborative remote environment.
