Job Summary
Provide general administrative and clerical support to a busy team, including data entry, filing, mail handling, calendar management, scheduling travel for managers, coordinating inspections with onsite staff and housing authorities, preparing notices and documents, processing rental applications, assisting with rent collection and rent-related inquiries, generating reports, supporting vendor outreach and bids, and assisting with resident communication and special projects. Requires attention to detail, proactive organization, strong written/verbal communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Salary; $21-$24 per hour ($43,680–$49,920 annually). Required Qualifications
- One to two years of administrative support experience
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite
- Experience with standard office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, prioritization, and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
