Job Summary
Administrative Assistant in Bank of America’s London office supporting the Investment Banking Administrative team with confidential, diverse administrative tasks. Responsibilities include diary management and organizing internal/external meetings, coordinating complex domestic and international travel, processing expenses using Concur in line with bank policies, filing weekly call reports, capturing Deal Related Expenses (DRE), developing knowledge of bankers’ clients and transactions, establishing professional communication with internal stakeholders and external clients, handling sensitive material, managing the email system, and prioritizing queries. Requires excellent written and verbal communication, ability to multitask, and a proactive, independent, and collaborative work style. Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with internal systems like Concur and Insight are expected; experience in Investment Banking/Financial Services is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven administrative assistant experience, preferably in Investment Banking or Financial Services
