Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support Living Innovations’ mission and policies, delivering excellent customer service to internal/external customers and supported individuals. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registrations, and background checks. Responsibilities include independent and team decision-making, handling confidential information, multitasking, and proficient use of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong verbal and written English communication and customer service skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Valid state issued driver’s license
- Current vehicle insurance declaration
- Vehicle inspection
- Vehicle registration
- Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
- Ability to make well reasoned decisions
- Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and carry out multiple tasks
- Good verbal, reading and written communications in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Outlook (calendar and email systems), Word, Excel, and comfortable using phone, fax, and other standard office equipment
