Job Summary
Administrative Assistant supports the Lift Operations and Maintenance teams in a seasonal, hourly role at Sunshine Village in Banff, Alberta. Primary duties include coordinating department documentation, data entry for Preventative Maintenance, inventory tracking, preparing reports, and supporting guest service initiatives. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), strong communication, ability to work with minimal supervision, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and the ability to operate in an indoor/outdoor alpine environment; ski/snowboard ability is an asset.
