Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant – Lift Operations and Maintenance provides support to the Lifts Departments (Lift Maintenance and Operations, and Gondola Maintenance and Operations) to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient resort facilities and equipment. Responsibilities include monitoring and completing department administrative tasks, assisting with procurement, tracking and review of department functions, maintaining documentation, supporting training and company initiatives, preparing reports and data entry for preventative maintenance, maintaining filing systems, compiling and analyzing statistical data, and exhibiting strong guest service and teamwork while working in a remote alpine environment. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, communicate effectively, and be able to work with minimal supervision; weekend/holiday availability and a professional, courteous demeanor are expected.
