Administrative Assistant – Lift Operations and Maintenance

Job Summary
Monitor and ensure all Lifts department administrative tasks are completed and correct in a timely manner. Oversee department documentation, maintain up-to-date inventories, and compile daily, monthly, and yearly statistical data via manual and computer-based databases. Support the Lifts Manager by facilitating company initiatives, attending training sessions, and assisting with employee documentation follow-through. Create, procure, and track department functions while ensuring preventative maintenance program data input and reporting. Work in a remote, alpine environment with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays, providing training and support to coworkers.
Required Qualifications
- Professional, positive, and friendly attitude
- Good comprehension of Microsoft programs including but not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook etc
- Strong self-initiative and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be neat, punctual and dependable
- Competent in general office and administrative duties
- Must be able to effectively provide training, support and assistance to coworkers
- At times, prepared to work a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays)
- Willing to provide outstanding guest service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Work in a confidential capacity
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally
- Maintain professional conduct when in uniform, on or off-duty (and online)
- Employees must always be of sound mind, exhibit good judgment, and report to work fit for duty
- Employees must be prepared to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to ski or snowboard
- Workers must be prepared and wear appropriate footwear, gloves, layers, etc for the conditions
