Job Summary
Provide clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations by answering phones, managing mail and emails, calendars, and meetings; maintain filing systems, greet visitors, and assist with special projects to support overall office operations. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), proficient in Microsoft Office, possess strong communication and customer-service skills, demonstrate discretion with confidential information, and manage time and multitask effectively to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- Experience in clerical, secretarial, or other administrative roles
- Computer literacy and software skills
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Bilingual with written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office softwares
