Job Summary
Assist in daily operations of the management office by performing administrative tasks such as record keeping, filing, mail handling, and data entry. Responsible for maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings, and ensuring effective communication via telephone and email. Tasks include maintaining account information, responding to inquiries, and managing conference room reservations. The role requires multi-tasking abilities, a proficiency in MS Office, and effective communication skills to interact with a diverse population.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a related position; a minimum of 1-year experience
- Ability to multi-task, set, and manage priorities
- Must function in team organized environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish, a plus
- Working knowledge of computer and associated programs; MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and listening skills in order to interact with a diverse and multi-culture population
- Keyboarding ability with accuracy at 45-50 words per minute
