Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to serve as key liaison between client and KWPM services & internal support staff; perform essential office operations including record-keeping, data entry, correspondence handling, calendar coordination, conference room reservations, and support for accounts/payments and property-related forms; requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and excellent interpersonal abilities; must maintain professional appearance and customer-focused service in an indoor office setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year experience in a related position
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Typing speed 45-50 WPM
- Team-oriented environment
