Job Summary
Administrative Assistant handles routine clerical and administrative tasks including drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and managing office events under the supervision of the Regional General Manager or Executive Assistant. Responsibilities include computer/database use, telephone handling, data entry, filing systems management, operating office equipment, greeting visitors, maintaining calendars, documenting and copying materials, and performing other related duties. Requires proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong verbal and written communication, and at least 1 year of administrative experience in a professional setting. Education requirement is a High School Diploma or GED.

- Proficiency in MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1 year in an administrative support role within a professional setting
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with administrative procedures, office terminology, and systems such as MS Office, file management, and form design
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
