Job Summary
Provide front desk coverage and professional hospitality to visitors and staff, greet guests, answer and direct calls, log packages, coordinate communications with Property Management, Operations, Security, and tenants, maintain contact and insurance information, prepare/edit documents, assist with monthly tenant gross sales data and rent statements, code and process invoices, maintain tenant/vendor files, manage conference room scheduling, and support administrative duties across multiple departments. Requires strong customer service, multi-tasking, and ability to work with a team; 8:30 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with potential after-hours or weekend support; 1–2 years administrative experience and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred; familiarity with Yardi and Canva is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university
- Strong organizational and planning skills required
- Experience in Yardi preferred
- Experience in Canva preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
