Job Summary
Administrative Assistant for installation scheduling, handling inbound communications and paperwork for the builder division. Posts require maintenance of organized records, data entry, and preparation of forms/reports; tracks install progress via job summary reports and communicates issues to the service representative daily. Works with subcontractors, scheduling coordinators, office and warehouse personnel in a fast-paced environment; must be self-motivated and able to work independently. Spanish fluency is required; strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
