Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to two executive directors within the DMHA division of the Family & Social Services Administration in Indiana. Responsible for complex administrative support including scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing agendas, recording/finalizing/distributing minutes, coordinating conference calls and rooms, filing, researching information, and preparing various reports. Requires proactive, independent work, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining high-level confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in administrative support or a similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge of administrative management principles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to coordinate work of diverse personnel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with government or state agency operations (preferred)
