Job Summary
Administrative Assistant for Impact Fire Services to provide Fire Alarm administrative support for the San Antonio office, with duties including managing workflow to meet deadlines, handling fire alarm permitting and providing necessary documentation to designers, coordinating communication between sales, management, and designers, submitting jobs for permitting and paying AHJ fees, tracking design progress, briefing weekly on permitting status, creating closeouts and filing, handling document intake and filing, assisting in training staff, implementing programs, generating memos/reports, and maintaining office equipment; requires proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an Administrative Assistant role
- Current use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) in a proficient manner
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
