Job Summary
Prepare correspondence, forms, contracts, and reports for directors. Answer and respond to incoming calls, emails, and routine inquiries while managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and reserving conference rooms. Maintain organized filing systems and process invoices in eFinance, verifying requisitions for payment. Assist directors, assistant directors, and coordinators with various tasks, supporting projects, conference registrations, and travel reimbursements. Promote departmental goals and perform other duties assigned by leadership as needed. This role supports the Special Education Director within the district's educational support services.
