Job Summary
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments while creating materials such as spreadsheets, presentations, memos, and forms. Assist in preparing reports and dashboards, serve as the point of contact for technology access, and manage department supplies by anticipating needs and ordering. Arrange travel as needed, prepare and reconcile expense reports, and take meeting minutes. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and act as a resource for office administrative functions. Complete projects as requested and deliver all duties accurately and in a timely manner. This role supports leaders and employees through a variety of organization and communications tasks within the department.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of administrative or assistance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office at intermediate levels
- Proficient in general technology
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
