Job Summary
Coordinate regional reports, regional newsletters, and ESAT information while managing site-based FM Team support in accordance with BGIS standards. Execute clerical duties including word processing, file organization, and processing accounts payable invoices. Maintain safety records, Worker's Compensation files, and training records; manage the CMMS by opening and closing work orders and tracking inventory. Prepare logistics for conferences and develop preliminary agendas. In some cases, supervise other Administrative Assistants and update Team Members' information in HRMS. Requires three to five years of administrative experience with proficiency in MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- three (3) to five (5) years of administrative experience
- Excellent computer skills, proficient with MS Office
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute accurately
