Job Summary
Administrative Assistant II to provide comprehensive executive support to the Chief Marketing Officer and marketing leadership. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, coordinating team meetings, preparing agendas, tracking follow-ups, processing vendor invoices, supporting budgeting and marketing spend visibility, managing T&E reporting, and serving as a liaison between the CMO, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Must exercise confidentiality, professionalism, and strong judgment in a fast-paced environment, effectively coordinating priorities across the Marketing leadership team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5–10 years of experience as an Administrative and/or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities
- Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with shifting priorities
- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States and will not require work visa sponsorship
