Job Summary
Coordinate and perform complex administrative tasks requiring independent action and priority setting. Prepare correspondence, memoranda, agendas, and reports while recording and distributing meeting minutes. Manage calendars, answer phones and emails, and greet visitors to ascertain needs. Assist employees with onboarding, training, and operational questions. Process payroll-related forms, review expense reports, and track invoices and payments. Arrange travel logistics, authorize forms, and maintain travel records. Schedule conferences, meetings, and events. Organize data into spreadsheets for analysis and graphical display. Maintain confidential research files and assist with grant application preparation and budget information collection. Requires 5-7 years of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and software
- Possess the organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with all levels of personnel
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve
