Job Summary
Administrative Assistant II responsible for providing administrative support for the program area and related functions, including assisting an administrator, supervising an administrative/clerical unit or staff, processing applications for permits/licenses, maintaining complex records, preparing correspondence, coordinating with internal/external customers, training staff, and handling various office duties such as invoicing and payments; position emphasizes in-office presence as an essential function and requires strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills; duties may include supervising staff, developing procedures, and ensuring adherence to agency policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus one year of technical clerical, administrative, secretarial, or general office work (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
