Job Summary
Administrative Assistant II provides administrative and office support for supervisors, handling complex and confidential projects with initiative in a multitask environment. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments/events/meetings, preparing and modifying documents, data entry, and maintaining filing systems; build professional relationships across multiple levels and liaise with students, faculty, departments, and external entities. Requires excellent time management, ability to multitask, intermediate proficiency in PC applications, strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and proficient written and verbal communication to draft business correspondence. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree plus one (1) year of administrative work-related experience, or High School diploma or equivalent plus three (3) years of administrative work-related experience.
