Job Summary
Deliver supply chain and procurement support within ICON's program management for clinical programs; responsibilities include selecting and managing suppliers, identifying and mitigating risks, tracking project KPIs, supporting project meetings and issue resolution, maintaining financial data, and ensuring work adheres to timelines and SOPs. Requires a bachelor's degree, budgeting experience, fluent English, strong organizational skills, a process-driven approach, dedicated teamwork, and willingness to travel (~5%).
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Budgeting background preferable
- Fluency in English both orally and in writing with excellent communication skills
- Process- driven and strong attention to detail with superior organizational skill
- Dedicated team player
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
