Job Summary
Administrative Assistant I providing administrative support, meeting management, and coordination to a defined leader or leadership team. Responsibilities include preparing data, reports, and presentations; scheduling activities; expense reporting; and coordinating events, trainings in alignment with leadership plans and goals. Requires an Associate’s Degree and 1+ year of related experience (or equivalent). Candidates should demonstrate problem solving, confidentiality, initiative, and proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience considered
