Job Summary
Administrative Assistant responsible for coordinating travel for managers and employees, collaborating with marketing for trade-show materials, handling travel-related expenses and reports, coordinating in-office meetings and front desk duties, data entry from multiple sources into online databases, compiling data and creating reports, ad hoc Excel tasks, and supporting multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations; requiresExcel proficiency, strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and effective cross-team communication to support company-wide efficiency and image promotion.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a business setting within a similar role
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel
- High attention to detail and ability to follow through on multiple priorities
- Adept at managing unexpected changes in priorities, seamlessly transitioning between tasks
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication, proficient in preparing comprehensive reports and plans
- Ability to take direction and work independently
- Openness to learning, adaptability, and embraces increased responsibility
- Highly responsible, resourceful, dependable, and self-motivated
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to use a keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time
- Shift is Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST but must be able to work outside normal business hours when required
