Job Summary
Administrative Assistant - Human Resources supporting senior leadership in a healthcare organization. Responsibilities include maintaining executive calendars, facilitating New Employee Orientation and onboarding, coordinating start dates and screenings, ensuring accurate HRIS personnel data (labor allocations, benefits eligibility, IT profiles, tax, workers' compensation), managing documentation for new hires and contractors, communicating with hiring managers and candidates via Teams and Heymarket, coordinating notifications and documentation for orientation, and handling travel arrangements for the CEO, CFO, and President. Requires strong verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and experience with HR processes and MS Office; healthcare experience and safety-sensitive environment are noted in the job description.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years' experience in an administrative role required
- 2+ years' experience working with C-Suite required
- Healthcare setting experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
