Job Summary
Administrative Assistant in HR supporting senior leadership with calendar management, onboarding/orientation coordination, HRIS data entry, and handling confidential employee records. Responsibilities include coordinating start dates, background checks, and onboarding documentation, sending notifications and documentation to candidates, managing executive calendars and travel for CEO/CFO/President, communicating with hiring managers and candidates via Teams and Heymarket, and assisting with HR projects and engagement activities. Requires high school diploma and 2+ years in administrative roles, experience with C-Suite, HRIS proficiency, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years' experience in an administrative role
- 2+ years' experience working with C-Suite
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage executive calendars and travel arrangements
- Experience with onboarding, new employee orientation, and HR documentation
- Experience in healthcare setting preferred
