Job Summary
Administrative Assistant for Human Resources provides administrative support to HR Services, Talent Acquisition, and Volunteer Services by coordinating onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS processes, and employee documentation; manages meetings, communications, and records, supports complaints/audits readiness, processes invoices and supplies, and assists with new hire preparation and onboarding activities, while maintaining a strong customer focus for employees, leaders, applicants, and volunteers.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or combination of equivalent education/experience in related field
- Two or more years administrative assistance experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Experience using HRIS system (preferred)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality about staff, patients, families, caregivers, staff, donors, and organizational intellectual property
