Job Summary
Administrative Assistant role provides administrative, secretarial and advertising support to the branch office and sales agents. Responsibilities include processing real estate transaction records, reporting to the Office Manager and Accounting Department, coordinating advertisements with Marketing, ordering/removing signs, maintaining sign inventory and Lock Box inventory, performing general secretarial duties, processing checks and documents for new agents, updating transaction data in the computer system, answering phones, greeting visitors, and coordinating with the TC team. Requires strong customer service, professional communication, and solid clerical/computer skills with experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook; prior office experience preferred; high school diploma required with business school education desirable.
