Job Summary

Part-time Administrative Assistant supporting parish operations and communications. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, answering phones/back-up front office, creating weekly bulletin and email newsletter, managing social media posts (Facebook/Instagram), updating the website and digital sign, submitting song reports to One License, creating event flyers, onboarding volunteers in Virtus, maintaining sacramental records and certificates, and preparing monthly Virtus compliance reports. Requires strong administrative experience, proficiency with MS Office 365, ability to manage confidential information, and bilingual English/Spanish skills (Spanish a plus).

  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to handle and respect confidential and sensitive information
  • Experience with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)
  • Experience with a client or church database system
  • Fluency of English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
  • High School diploma or GED
