Job Summary
Administrative Assistant for parish operations with duties including answering phones, assisting families with faith formation and sacramental information, maintaining parish database and sacramental records, clerical support (scheduling meetings, filing, copying, labeling, and communications), managing office supplies, and ensuring a welcoming, professional environment. Requires HS diploma/GED, proficiency in MS Office 365, experience with parish or client database systems, strong organizational skills, ability to handle confidential information, and English fluency with Spanish a plus.
