Job Summary
Administrative Assistant providing dependable administrative support to keep office operations accurate, organized, and responsive to internal teams and customers. Responsibilities include coordinating calendars, schedules, and appointments; managing inbound/outbound correspondence (phone, email, mail); maintaining orderly files, records, and documentation; drafting and formatting reports and presentations; supporting meeting and event coordination; handling general office tasks, including supplies and equipment tracking. Requires a high school diploma/GED or equivalent, 1 year of administrative assistant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
