Job Summary
Administrative Assistant for Community Based Recovery Support (CBRS) program in Brockton, MA. Responsibilities include greeting and signing in visitors, providing clerical support to staff and Program Management, recording and distributing meeting minutes, maintaining SharePoint reports, coordinating monthly supplies and inventory, assisting with grant applications, and supporting program operations. Required Qualifications
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR / First Aid Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Completion of TB screening requirements
- Completion of HPAO approved de-escalation program
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Power Point programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy phone system and greeting visitors
- Ability to organize and prioritize a demanding workload and adhere to timelines
- Ability to work with others in a cooperative and collaborative manner
- Understanding and adherence to confidentiality and applicable policies
- Ability to understand and implement Trauma Informed Care
- Proficiency with SharePoint and general computer skills
- Experience offering clerical support and record keeping (minutes, reports)
- Ability to participate in CQI activities and data collection requirements
