Job Summary
Administrative Assistant, Health and Safety supports the Line Creek Health and Safety department by providing key administrative support, including managing access control for site personnel, coordinating and submitting safety reports (Streamline and Siteline data, injury and incident statistics, Controller’s Reports, First Aid Reports, and Flash Reports), and coordinating distribution of specialized PPE. The role requires a confident, organized administrative professional who can thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment, with strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective communication tailored to different audiences. Proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI, and extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, are essential. Location: Sparwood, BC, Canada. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative experience in an industrial environment
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and Power BI, along with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
