Job Summary
Administrative Assistant supporting the on-site construction project team at a semiconductor site in Boise, ID. Responsibilities include data entry, uploading/printing and electronic filing of construction drawings, preparing and distributing daily/weekly communications (reports, invoices, transmittals, and other documents), supporting timecard submissions and safety-training onboarding, maintaining filing systems (electronic and physical) with document control focus, assisting with material purchases and PO tracking, and effective communication with internal/external stakeholders. Requires attention to detail, ability to multitask, and teamwork within a construction office environment. In-person, Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm with potential overtime; experience with confidential information and construction-office operations is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years in an administrative role
- Experience reading construction drawings is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Word and Excel
