Job Summary
Administrative Assistant will support restaurant operations and logistics by handling HR and administrative duties including recruiting/onboarding, payroll processing (ADP), maintaining employee records, updating personnel files, coordinating new hire orientation, and assisting with payroll-related issues. The role requires collaboration with front-of-house and back-of-house managers, a Bachelor’s degree in finance or HR (preferred), 1+ year HR experience (restaurant experience preferred), and strong communication and organizational skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or HR related field (preferred)
- More than 1 year HR work experience
- Previous HR experience preferred
- Fluent in English; Mandarin and Spanish preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced problem solving/judgment skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- Duties include recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, document maintenance, and HR administration
