Job Summary

Administrative Assistant for Training who actively engages with the client experience of our training customers. Responsibilities include handling inbound phone calls, website orders, trainer needs, certifications, problem resolution, and other duties supporting internal and external clients; audit class documents; produce certifications with accuracy; manage emails, calls, and on-site client interactions; coordinate schedules and travel itineraries to support client experience; maintain high-level engagement with software solutions; serve as point of contact for troubleshooting digital assets; foster mutual trust and cooperation among stakeholders; maintain a positive attitude while working with people; perform other duties as needed by the business and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, clerical support, training administration, or a similar administrative role required.
  • General computer and Microsoft Office literacy required.
  • Experience handling compliance-related documentation, certification administration, or training recordkeeping preferred.
