Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to directly support Vice Presidents and their leadership team, serving as the linchpin for seamless operations across global and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include driving executive efficiency with meticulous calendar management across time zones, orchestrating domestic and international travel and expense processes, facilitating cross-functional collaboration between the executive office, internal teams, customers, and external partners, providing direct administrative support including scheduling and project coordination, and streamlining communications to keep the VP focused on high-priority matters. The role is in-office with Santa Clara, CA, alignment to Everpure’s policies, and requires expert calendar management, proficiency with Google Workspace, Concur, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and enterprise platforms (Workday, DocuSign, ServiceNow, Tableau, Greenhouse).
